The Samsung Galaxy S22 could offer a new look and many improvements. So what would be the release date of this smartphone and at what price?
Samsung Galaxy s22 release date
The Samsung Galaxy S22 is not expected to launch until early 2022 anyway. But that hasn't stopped rumors from circulating. The Galaxy S22, S22 +, and S22 Ultra have not yet been formalized. This does not prevent some from revealing a lot of information about them. The insider FrontTron has recently revealed the technical specifications of Samsung's upcoming flagships. We are still far from the official presentation of the Galaxy S22. According to the newest speculations, it would take place in January 2022, which would be in line with Samsung's timeline for the S21. Indeed, the manufacturer had unveiled its new range in January 2021. The Samsung Galaxy S22 will probably be launched in early 2022. Samsung has advanced the release date of the Galaxy S21 from its typical calendar from February to January 29. The last Friday in January 2022 is January 28, if Samsung is sticking to a similar schedule for the Galaxy S22.
It's important to note that the Galaxy 22 will therefore have to deliver a serious next-gen flagship experience to fight its rivals. According to a DigiTimes report claims that Samsung's 2022 phones could come with vapor chamber cooling, as seen on gaming handsets. And the phone could have 45W fast charging on board, a bet level with the current 25W load.
Samsung Galaxy S22 price
We haven't heard anything regarding the price of the Galaxy S22 yet, but we expect it to be in the same ballpark as the Galaxy S21. The company cut the cost of all three models by $ 200, and we're not seeing the prices go up.
The Galaxy S22 will cost $799, the Galaxy S22 Plus will cost $ 999, and the Galaxy S22 Ultra will cost $1199 if Samsung follows true to their word. It'll be interesting to see if Samsung introduces a less expensive Galaxy S21 FE by the time the S22 is released, although there's a rumor that the S21 FE could be delayed owing to a global chip shortage.
